The Ametek HK1000 High Pressure Pneumatic Deadweight Tester, 10-1000 PSI, 0.025% Accuracy is engineered to offer user-friendly, safe operation. The easy-to-use primary standard provides reliable and accurate pressure measurement in a lab. This model offers accuracy to 0.025% of reading and a range of 10-1000 PSI. The HK1000 features a self-regulating design, that allows automatic stabilization of weights, eliminating the need to adjust input pressure. The tester utilizes a virtually frictionless ceramic ball floating on a layer of air within a stainless steel cylinder. The HK tester features a quick-leveling system for lab setup. Weights are located in foam-protective slots in the case. The setup for the HK1000 is completed by simply connecting two tubes; one for the supply and one for the unit-under-test, leveling the HK, and adding the appropriate weights. Operation is fast and efficient with no valves to adjust and no regulation needed between set points. Pressure regulators are not required if the air supply is within the tester's operational requirements.
